TROne of the main reasons the issues faced by judicial employees remain unseen is the absence of a dedicated service class. The Ministry of Justice staff have been classified in the "Office Services Class" alongside employees from various public institutions and private companies until now. Our union's first initiative was to advocate for the establishment of a "Judicial Services Class" that would include employees under the Ministry of Justice. In this effort, many initiatives have been undertaken.
For the first time in history, on December 8, 2012, hundreds of judicial employees from across Turkey gathered in Ankara to present their demands for long-neglected rights through a press statement. In recognition of this historic day, December 8 has been declared "Judicial Employees Day. Each year, multiple events are organized to raise awareness about the issues faced by judicial employees, aiming to improve their working conditions and address their needs.
It has become essential for us to come together and strengthen our unity to build a better tomorrow. We invite all our colleagues to join ADALET SEN to achieve this goal.
