The founding principles that guide our union are as follows:
Employees under the Ministry of Justice face numerous issues, including heavy workloads, mobbing, and discrimination in promotions, transfers, and assignments. Our union vigorously addresses these issues in both the central and provincial organizations of the Ministry of Justice. Additionally, we carry out activities for legal actions within the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, and the Presidency of the Republic, presenting our reports to the relevant authorities for discussion.
At the end of a process in which Adalet Sen transforms its 14 years of union experience, which it has built on the principles of being a union like a union, impartiality and full independence, which it has followed since its establishment and never compromised, into a way of action together with independent unions with the same union stance, the “Confederation of Public Unity” will be brought to the civil servant unionism of Turkey in the 100th year of our Republic.
This stance, which tends to move forward together, to be one, to increase the determination to struggle, and the justified pride of being one of the founding unions of a real confederation dominated by a real devotion, perseverance and an understanding that touches every civil servant and is concerned with their problems, is very suitable for the union and historical mission of Adalet Sen.
Turkish civil servant unionism deserves more than unions and confederations that have been politically dragged here and there, that have been torn from all sides, that insist on continuing the union understanding of the past, that have moved away from democratic practices.
May the “Confederation of Public Unity”, the work of our belief in this, be auspicious for our country and all our civil servants.
